19-20 -- Diocese of Western North Carolina Women's Gathering "Caring for Ourselves, Caring for the World"; Lutheridge Conference Center, Arden NC.  The Rev. 26-28 -- Province 7 ECW Meeting at the Sheraton Hotel, Oklahoma City

17-19 -- "Our God is an Awesome God" is the theme of the Province III Annual ECW Meeting to be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, October 17-19, 2008. A reception will be held at Seaman's Church Institute Friday evening. Saturday the annual meeting will take place at St. John's the Evangelist followed by a banquet at the hotel Saturday evening. Special guests will be Kay Meyer, the National ECW President; Deborah Anderson, Social Chairman for the National ECW and Nancy Gorman, Province II President. 24-25 -- Diocese of Missouri: annual Meeting and Conference October 24 & 25, 2008, at Trinity Episcopal Church, St. Charles, MO. Friday evening, "Girl's Night Out" featuring a trolley ride through historic St. Charles and then dinner. 12-13-- 2009 Episcopal Church Women Diocese of Ohio Annual Meeting will be held in Wooster, Ohio, at the Best Western Hotel and Convention Center and St. James Episcopal Church.
