- The Bible and The Book of Common Prayer - it is a crash course in the history of the BCP and a tour of the Bible using the BCP as a guide. Its purpose is to show the connection between the two books that form the basis of our worship of God and our understanding of the Church.
- Celebrating the Magnificence of All Women - The purpose is to examine some of the negative images of women perpetuated by Western society. The goal is to transform the concepts from negative into positive images whatever the age of life stage. Some of the most revered women in the Bible and in the history of our Church are celebrated.
- Women, Money and Faith - Stewardship For Mission - Focuses on the concepts of scarcity, abundance and stewardship. Its intent is to provide an opportunity to discover and explore our thoughts and ideas about money, to identify how we use financial resources in living into our personal missions, to examine the stewardship of our resources and to become co-creators with God as we tend the resources given us by God.
The Women of Vision program of workshops is based on the belief that people, in all their diversity, have varieties of gifts which must be included in the total ministry of the church. The program emphasizes the creation of a nurturing environment where all will be encouraged to acknowledge skills and to better understand personal motivations and commitments. The program should be limited to approximately 20 participants.
Each module is presented by a pair of trained facilitators. The modules are customized to present as a retreat, clustered for day long meetings or presented individually. Any setting that meets the needs of the group can be used - residential, business, or church.
As attested to by previous participants, the program affirms and empowers individuals to live out her/his Baptismal Covenant.
